- Never entertain calls asking for Colour Funds credentials or any bank related details
- Set a Finger Print & PIN under in-app settings.
If any unauthorized Transactions or Money Transfer from your ColourFunds account, Kindly send email to us with more details about the transaction.
Yes, We have an option called Set Finger Print & PIN under Settings, click more tab. Once you enable this, even if someone has access to your Unlocked phone, they will still require Finger print & PIN to access your details inside Colour Funds.
No. All your confidential details like payment methods, card details, CVV number and passwords are not known to anyone at Colour Funds. Your information is safe and secure.
